Startup Business Financing

Simplified Leasing provides lease options to the startup companies as well as other lease applicants that fail to meet the credit criteria of most funding sources. We consider requests with no limits; however "Application Only" requests are limited to $30,000 (some cases differ).

Loans that Work for Your Small Business

There is no minimum time in business requirement to apply for one of our start up loans. Programs to assist startups with lower credit scores are also available. Applicants requesting startup commercial financing for the acquisition of computer or other rapidly depreciating equipment may be limited to a shorter lease term. However, depending on the applicant's credit, financial status and size of the transaction, terms of up to 60 months can be extended. A commercial bank account rating, business address and telephone listing are required at time of funding.

"Soft" charges are limited for these lease requirements. We prefer to limit "Soft" elements (computer software, training, programming, shipping, installation, freight, or other intangible charges) of the lease request.
