Seasonal Payment Plan
The Seasonal Payment Plan is a marketing tool that you can provide to your customers. This plan is especially beneficial as a promotional instrument for those vendors whose customers experience fluctuating time periods of higher and lower revenue production on an annual basis.
To utilize this plan, designate which 3 consecutive months the customer requires off. The remaining 9 payments during each year will be calculated. We also have 6 months ON 6 months OFF as well as annual and semi-annual leases for your seasonal customers.

60 Day Deferral Plan
(90 day deferred payments)
In the 60-Day Deferral Program, the Lessee pays the Security Deposit with documentation and then is not invoiced until 60 days after funding. Since the lease is billed in arrears, this is actually a 90 day deferred payment plan. This plan may be excellent promotional material when working with customers that are forecasting budget. This program allows your customer to generate additional income over time with a low initial investment.

90 Day Deferral Plan
(120 day deferred payments)
The 90-Day Deferral Plan is extremely helpful for those customers acquiring equipment that does not generate income during the first 90 days. With this program, there are minimal contact payments of $25.00 for each of the first 3 months followed by the normal term at the determined rate factor. This plan is also excellent promotional material when you are working with customers that are forecasting budget. This program allows your customer to generate additional income over time with a low initial payment and monthly investment.

Step-up Program
The Step Up Program offers reduced monthly payments for the first 12 months of the 3 to 5 year term allowing customers low initial monthly investments while introducing their new equipment to employees and customers (necessary training or certification, advertising, coupons, promotions, etc).

6 X $99 Program
This is an exceptional promotional sales tool. With this program, the customer pays 2 Security payments totaling $198.00. Their first six payments are $99.00 followed by 30, 42 or 54 payments at the determined rate factor.
Note: This Program can be extended up to 12 months at $99.00 a month.

7 X $100 Program
The 7 X $100 Program is a great selling tool for specials and vendor promotions. The selling point is simple - the lessee pays a $100.00 Security Deposit and has their first six payments at $100.00 followed by the remaining 30, 42 or 54 payments at the determined rate factor.
Note: This Program can be extended up to 12 months at $99.00 a month.

Annual Payments
If you request annual payments, Simplified Leasing has the perfect plan for you. With the Annual Payment plan, there is one difference from the normal course of business to point out: The first payment collected is an ADVANCE and not a Security Deposit.

$20.00 Security Deposit Program
The $20.00 Security Deposit Program is unique because it will help you close customers requesting minimal up front costs to enter into a lease. With this program, the customer simply pays the $20.00 to Simplified Leasing as a Security Deposit and we start their lease.

10% Security Deposit = Buy Out Program
(120 day deferred payments)
For those customer requesting a prepaid Purchase Option Plan, Simplified LeasingFor those customer requesting a prepaid Purchase Option Plan, Simplified Leasing offers the 10% SD = Buyout Program. With this program, the customer pays a 10% Security Deposit with the lease documents and completes the term of the lease as normal. Provided the customer has no outstanding charges at the end of their lease term, the original security deposit may serve as the buyout of the lease.
All of the Flexible Finance Programs are based on approval of both personal and business credit with sufficient time in business. Programs can be customized to fit your customers’ particular needs. Programs are subject to change without prior notice.
